Sorry, I have no internet. Y'all have to keep yourselves busy, I think. Tomorrow might be tough...

Could you guys tone it down with the exaltations? The author really isn't what's supposed to have anyone's attention.
cattservant 22nd Feb 2012, 12:03 AM edit delete reply
You could try being absent by your very conspicuousness! >^OO^<!
Meh.Aloe 22nd Feb 2012, 2:59 AM edit delete reply
I have to be honest, I only read the comic strip as filler in between your author's comments. :P

... I am kidding, I read the comic strip because I like it a lot. :3 But that leads to also liking the author who is capable of making such an awesome comic strip. :3 WHICH LEADS TO EXALTATIONS.

... Okay, I have not been one of the people doing the exaltations. >_> But that's just because I wanted to stand out from the crowd.
cattservant 22nd Feb 2012, 3:47 AM edit delete reply
Maybe we could all pretend that Master view is the translucent pachyderm in the NMTG room... >^o~^<
ravenor78 22nd Feb 2012, 9:08 AM edit delete reply
But master view, you're a great author who not only updates the comic on a regular basis but also gives great feedback to your fans keeping them happy, you deserve to be exalted... or do you prefer that we don't?
Prestidigititis 22nd Feb 2012, 6:08 PM edit delete reply
Up until this thread, I was operating under the delusion that most of the praise was coming from view's own alternate identities.
Archduke 22nd Feb 2012, 10:54 PM edit delete reply
Hmm...You guys should take some time off the NMTG comment section and come chill out on my forum - you can drool over epic mods and repwhores instead! Yay!
JasperWB 22nd Feb 2012, 11:03 PM edit delete reply
...what forums?
Archduke 22nd Feb 2012, 11:48 PM edit delete reply
Why, Total War Center of course! If you like either of the following, make yourself at home:

- The Total War series.
- Mods.
- Discussion of politics, news, history (lots of it), ethics, science, the arts, travelling, and vulgar chit chat (my speciality).
- Role playing, art and writing subforums with competitions, forum games.
- A rep system.
- Cookies.

I'd join you...but I'm not sure how I feel about the look on your face.

That man's chest is an insult to boobs everywhere.

And I'm sure Miwa will let him cop another feel. It wasn't exactly hard to do before.
cattservant 22nd Feb 2012, 12:20 AM edit delete reply
So true, so true... <and knowing something can be done is half the battle>
Prestidigititis 22nd Feb 2012, 6:07 PM edit delete reply
Speaking as a world-class boob, I believe Jim has a damn fine chest. I am not insulted.
Meh.Aloe 22nd Feb 2012, 3:04 AM edit delete reply
Jim is so awesome. >D<
JasperWB 22nd Feb 2012, 4:09 AM edit delete reply
I do wonder just how long he would stand there holding his shirt up, waiting.
cattservant 22nd Feb 2012, 4:24 AM edit delete reply
At least until Mary catches up.
Admiral Ackbar 22nd Feb 2012, 9:54 AM edit delete reply
It's a Trap!

(True Story, I somehow overlooked Jim's name and thought he was a Girl until he got naked. Maybe I'm reading to much Yuri-Mangas.)
Ally Haert 22nd Feb 2012, 10:08 AM edit delete reply
Ally Haert mean to tell me that the entire time you've been reading this, you were under the impression that Jim was a girl?

What is this, I don't even--
cattservant 22nd Feb 2012, 10:37 AM edit delete reply
As you see, so shall you believe...
Admiral Ackbar 22nd Feb 2012, 12:39 PM edit delete reply
Yes, I didn't realize that Jim was a Guy until page 102.
To my defense, I did read the first 180 page in a row, trying to catch up as fast as possible, never reading any of the comments. Also, the "stoic tomboy" and the "ample tsundere" are an often seen couple in Yuri-Mangas.
cattservant 22nd Feb 2012, 10:41 AM edit delete reply
JasperWB: Synchronicity much? Thought I was the only one with nothing else to do but sit up all night re-reading NMTG! <or maybe I'm just hallucinating?!> >^@*^<
JasperWB 22nd Feb 2012, 10:48 AM edit delete reply
Well I omitted my comment because I think I stated the part where he realized his gender, but yes. I have a splitting headache that woke me up so I popped this site in tab browsing with a bunch of other things.
cattservant 22nd Feb 2012, 11:16 AM edit delete reply
Brings to mind that old Moody Blues song..."Thinking is the best way to travel"

View: Tomorrow, BOOBS!
Fans: Woop!! Hopefully Mary's!
Today's comic: Jim's boobs XD
We gotta love ya View, we gotta love ya~ (to which we do, as we also do your comic :P)

"Ha. Ha."

... <GRAB>
Prestidigititis 22nd Feb 2012, 6:11 PM edit delete reply
It would be more surprising (and maybe more in keeping with Hans' 12 year old persona) if he paused, stared at Jim's chest, then latched onto his honker.
cattservant 22nd Feb 2012, 10:53 PM edit delete reply
Sir Prestidigititis: What do you think of this possibility; Hans appears to have extensive external data of his past experiences <at least about Miwa's chest> stored away. So, even though he reset to his 9 years old equivalent, he would seem to have a good head start back towards where he was before his incident. Certainly his sense of humor seems intact!
Prestidigititis 23rd Feb 2012, 12:20 AM edit delete reply
I don't follow the hard-tech stuff as much as some here do, so I don't know how much effect Hans' access to his lost years could actually reinforce personality details. I just think it'd be funny if stoic Jim were on the receiving end of a "urologist's handshake."
Prestidigititis 23rd Feb 2012, 12:21 AM edit delete reply
And how often do you change your icon? I saw Alice and Cheshire, typed my response, looked up, and there's this stripey fellow out of nowhere!
cattservant 23rd Feb 2012, 12:32 AM edit delete reply
I've been mining google images. Got 23 so far, but try to rotate 9 at any given time <Short attention span, been serving the Cats way too long!> (You know, I really do need to get out more! I thought you were referring to Jim's noble nose... Given their height difference a 'UH' would be more practical and funny!)
Prestidigititis 23rd Feb 2012, 12:42 AM edit delete reply
And here I thought that show closed on Broadway years ago.
cattservant 23rd Feb 2012, 12:48 AM edit delete reply
I'm afraid mine are much more immediate and demanding....>^OO^<!
cattservant 23rd Feb 2012, 1:17 AM edit delete reply
Oh Master view!!! You Really must come back soon. People are starting to Talk About Cats!!!>^@@^<!
Sheela 25th Feb 2012, 2:49 PM edit delete reply
If I was Hans, I would have copped a feel .. just to see how Jim and Mary would react. :D
Fleurt 25th Feb 2012, 6:32 PM edit delete reply
Haha I love Jim's reaction ^^

About Hans has he become so young that he does such mistakes as confusing what and that in “Like, he even got to grab a boob and all that's left is a snapshot” ?
view 25th Feb 2012, 6:48 PM edit delete reply
Huh? That's correct grammar.
Fleurt 26th Feb 2012, 12:47 PM edit delete reply
My bad... I shouldn't contradict native english speakers before double checking what i say xD
Faceh 15th Mar 2012, 8:27 AM edit delete reply
I can barely imagine what this poor guy must be feeling right now.

The closest experience I can think of is losing a game save in an RPG you've been playing for dozens of hours, after you've obtain the ultra sword of asskicking, forcing you to start from a much earlier part.
I mean SURE you can keep playing and catch up, but its just not the same.
Reading In 2015 29th Oct 2015, 9:43 AM edit delete reply
Yeah... That conceptualization seems like a great fit. Mind you, knowing you've gotten to that point and played those many hours (in this case, years), and knowing a bunch of specific details about them, isn't quite the same as remembering it all. But still… Yeah…
