All I've got are these AOL CDs. Are they edible?
JasperWB 26th Mar 2012, 10:27 PM edit delete reply
JasperWB
Yes but once you eat one they will keep beaming food to your stomach until you have to make a two hour phonecall to make them stop. And their rates are comparable to things like Blue Bunny services and Meals on Wheels so why even bother cancelling after they overcharge your first credit card?

Sheela
The solution is simple .. use someone elses creditcard. :D

I just knew the pancake couldn't compete!

April syrup... Do they tap the sagebrush?

May your Art and your Day subside into smooth spontaneity...

No more maple syrup? Damn the Canadians and their maple syrup embargo!

"You have used too much of our syrup, eh?! So no more for you! We'll show yo uwhat Canada's all aboot!"

There aren't any more Canadians in The Future! The mutant Polar Bears ate them all. The Maple Trees are the problem. They became sentient and now they are all on strike!

But you're okay with Batman's monologues while he punches someone?
Running Joke 26th Mar 2012, 11:48 PM edit delete reply
Because hes Batman, and he practices to be good at everything, like breathing in space and Dance Dance Revolution.

Batman is second only to Spiderman with a truly unwarrented case of diarrhea of the mouth for the job he holds.

I don't think Mary expected the pancake to get eaten first either.

Ooooh Nooos! @.@
Jim will get hyperactive with all that sugar and the syrup will just exacerbate his condition!

Hail duLapel!: He might go "kind of crazy with the (Mary's) plumbing, though. It's kind of a trademark."!*

Well Jim has demonstrated that he is a good Tradesman... I suppose it's time he takes his talent around the world.

I am so envious of this fictional character... I must be sick!

Do you feel inclined to consider something and offer an opinion this evening?

@view: Please be kind to a mentally diminished old feline-servicer. What is 'April syrup'? There are very many search results, none of which seem to even distantly relate to the context!

My guess, water with sugar or karo syrup in it and maple flavoring. And the name is a play on April Fools, cause it tricks ya.

Groannnn...(!) And I thought that maybe they were tapping the sagebrush for sap. Guess I'm spending too much time hanging out with the Cats... Thanks for the explanation!
JasperWB 27th Mar 2012, 8:48 PM edit delete reply
JasperWB
Euccchh. Sagebrush sap... There's a reason they try not to let cattle eat sagebrush close to slaughter.
cattservant 27th Mar 2012, 9:14 PM edit delete reply
cattservant
If the cows were intelligent, they would thwart the meat processors by sneaking out at night and surreptitiously eating sagebrush!

Speaking of intelligent; if they can refine petroleum from six-month peat* there in Nowheresville, why don't they genetically engineer maple algae? They could get the Octopi to ride around in little robo-sleighs and collect the sap!

It wouldn't be authentic Maple syrup, either.
cattservant 27th Mar 2012, 9:27 PM edit delete reply
cattservant
What if they used algae from Lake Champlain? Or Canadian Octopi?

You know that would be a good subject for an after story. A heroic expedition to the post-post apocalyptic ruins of Vermont in search of sap! An adult Hans could be the protagonist.
