We can replant it. Greener. Lusher. Less-dead-er.

We have the technology....

I was totally going to post along the lines of what you said until I saw you beat me to it. Well done, sir.

I hear that when doing the simulations for your replanting project, you shouldn't add T-Rex'es to it ... they eat ALL the Mammoths.

*sage nod*

You know I really like the background here. Gives us our first real sense at the true size of the town that has just been described as "small" this whole time.

And all those big trees and their shade for the park. Gone. Wow.

they had so many trees and grass just laying around in storage or did they just "create" it somehow with future science?

Which, if you follow the link and actually look at the picture, you will find out, is what happened. Someone cut and pasted a swatch of forest.

That ledge they're on is intriguing. Is it meant to be a diving board of sorts, hanging over the water like that, or just a neat little spot to be?
Dan 20th Jun 2012, 9:23 AM edit delete reply
I think it is where that big tank (octopus habitat?) Mary was always working on used to be.

Any frustrated landscapers in Nowheresville must be feeling quite satisfied right about now.
