It may have been a superweapon catastrophe, but... It wasn't that bad. It was exciting!

See, the little dude's got it right! Like I said before, Hans is gonna take him under his wing as a protege in awesome when he gets older.

Oh and I just had a rogue thought based on going back and reading the last chapter up through this one. Miwa didn't have anything to do with any cause of the catastrophe...did she?

Miwa is not a supervillain...

Damn. I keep meaning to read that but I keep getting distracted. I blame the fact that it's June but I'm dealing with August temperatures. It's too hot to remember things!

Huh? If you're talking about the Crater High thing Sheela's going on about, it's been dormant for a very long time.

True enough.

But you still managed to get some very likable characters into the story, and that counts for a lot. :)

Everything around the XVT got killed including all the stuff in the lake, but the cleaning bacteria was quickly put into effect and completely cleared the area, including the water supply. Now they're starting to rebuild the place with new grass patches and trees, it'll take a lot of time before things will be like before though, Miwa's got her hands full.

...He didn't really die the first time, only a part of his memory, i'd call it memory loss.

Unless you count "Three-years-later" him as technically being a completely different person.

I mean, it's not just amnesia, three whole years of his robotic life were erased. Never existed. It's like one version of him was destroyed, and a past version was brought into the future to take his place.

What's that symbol Hanz has on his chest? Or is it an access panel?

Oh man... I remember that logo! It's been so long... I just realized how long this comic has been and how long I've been enjoying it for.
It makes me wonder how many visits I've had to this site with multiple views a day to check for the new page and read comments since I think chapter 2....

It makes me want a V.
TorpedoBench 21st Jun 2012, 7:18 AM edit delete reply
So is that something that Jim adds to all the robots he makes? Or is Hanz waaaaaay older than we figure?

It's a bit like people who put up the confederate flag - none of them fought in the civil war, but it stands for something they believe in.

Except, um, the V kinda stands for the opposite of everything the confederate flag stands for. Still, same basic idea.

Just like the Swastika then ... it basically meant "to be good" ... and then the Nazi's got a hold of it.

Now it has all sorts of meaning that is "not good" associated with it.

also to respond to the amazing people taht get here early. miwa would make a "good" supervillan butshe needs to hide her lightning weakness. or get over it, but i think that would be harder
