Well, yeah, this is the twist. I'll actually talk about it in the later pages - if you have comments, you should make them on the next pages, rather than this one.

How did Jim KNOW Mary was in trouble? How did the HOUSE know this was an emergency?

The HOUSE knew because Jim told it so. Jim KNEW because, well, he didn't. He just wanted to be on the safe side.

So the octopus sacrifice was pretty much in vain? like, she could have probably caught that shit in her knockers... which means the good stuff was saved for her regarding Gretle's tits. Did she know? The "I used to be able to see it all before..." indicates something... not much, but,
something.

"Always wear a helmet! We can't put your brain back toge-"

I can't help but wonder if this puts a different angle on Miwa's anguish at being unable to be with Jim.

Holy crap I was enjoying the comic, then this plot twist came around so hard it made my chair spin!

That right there, ladies and gentlemen, is exactly what I want in a webcomic, and why I made this account!

(Got here from Cheer, ended up sticking around since that was amazing! I guess I'm a bit late to the party though... Oh well, still good!)
